Pain management for computer workers benefits
While massage is an amazing asset for pain and discomfort there are other ways to get lasting results. Strength training is the best way to manage chronic pain. As you will see, there are a few strengthening exercises in the video but there are lots more. Focusing on strengthening the area will give lasting pain management results. If you need help you can always ask at your next session. Strength training is available as a solo service but you will see it as a combination on our scheduler. This is because I learn more about your pain and pain patterns using hands on methods. Regular session isn’t always needed but in the beginning, it is recommended. This is because everyone is different. Although something may have worked for one client it doesn’t mean that it is a good fit for you. Ideally we would be able to identify what is causing the pain pattern early on but other times you may need to address several other issues before we can get to the root cause.
