    This is a class I have taught for over 10 years! As much as I love trying out new massage tools and seeing what new things people come up with there is always one tool I will always use. That’s a lacrosse ball! The versatility and ease of this tool is unmatched. I tried making a brief self care video that goes over all of the way in which you can use this tool. I recommend using a tennis ball to start as it has more give and is easier on the body. I like using a lacrosse ball because it gives more pressure.
