What can I expect from my Massage?

Firm pressure and a combination of Swedish techniques you are familiar with as well as some Myofascial techniques that will address the deeper muscles of the body. It is also very important to note that no massage should ever be painful. If you are feeling pain please let your therapist know right away. We can only do so much and everyone has a much different pain tolerance. You will feel your muscles being worked and loosen. When you are in pain you tense up creating a holding pattern that will ultimately leave you in the same position you came in with.
