When tissues are “tight” it’s often helpful to strengthen complimentary tissues to help the “tight” ones. She has 15 years of experience training private, semi private, and group instruction in corporate, private, and home gyms. Jennifer works with all ages, fitness levels, and those with special medical needs including but not limited to preexisting injuries and injury rehabilitation.
